Italian Cooking Class

• Elsa will prepare some of the most famous dishes from Italy, particularly, from Tuscany & Sicily, in an informal setting.

• We will choose the menu together up to five courses!

• Your guests can get involved as much as they like, by helping me prepare each dish and learning how to cook each one, or just by observing and keeping all the wine glasses full. Either way you'll end the evening with the enjoyment of an original, home-cooked Italian meal.
